First take the 1.25" diameter pvc pipe and cut it into two equally sized lengths that are tall enough to project above the rim of the buckets you are using.

Using the flat endcaps for 1.25" pipe, seal one end of each pipe, use the PVC cement to ensure a tight and waterproof seal.

Place the sealed end into the bucket, centered and upright.

Pour 1/2 bag of the Sacrete mix, dry into the bucket.

Slowly add water until the mix is well covered. Mix throughly with a shovel or other implement. Continue to add small amounts of water until the mix is thoroughly and completely wet.

Use a level to ensure that the pipe is standing upright, freeze in place with duct tape.

Repeat for the second leg.

Set these aside to dry for 24 - 48 hours.
