Comments: The Sphingicampa montana specimen pictuired here was donated by David Kent. He captured it and gave it to us. We found these moths to be in short supply while their cousins Sphingicampa hubbardi were very plentiful. Their range seems to be restricted to Pima and Santa Cruz Counties in the US but they are also found in Mexico.
